A catalogue of Guillermo Mora’s colourful exhibition ‘A Bridge to Stay On’ in Alcalá 31, a venue managed by the Regional Government of Madrid. Made of 12 structures that encompass the entire space, the installation brings viewers in a zig-zag movement. Mora’s work with painting and the architecture of the venue transforms how it is perceived, and introduces new ways of traversing and experiencing the space. An internationally renowned visual artist, Mora is the youngest artist to produce an individual exhibition for Sala Alcalá 31. With photographs by Luis Asín and a text by Pia Ogea, curator of the exhibition, as well as a conversation with Carlos Fernández-Pello.
