Singaporean visual artist and filmmaker Ho Tzu Nyen’s work traverses the historical events, political ideologies, subjectivities, and cultural identities of Southeast Asia. Drawing from existing film footage, archival material, and more, rearranged into abstract yet evocative images, his films and video installations render the complexities of geopolitical histories palpable.
