In the early 1980s, the German secret service (BND) developed the Fleurop List, a list comprising flower names used to refer internally to the intelligence agencies of other countries. Long after the Cold War has ended, conceptual artist Sebastian Utzni presents a new guide for deciphering this list, complete with photographs of artificial blooms pictured together with a flag ribbon representing the corresponding state.
